Graduated price for a product and Translations

The documentation names a module that I have not been able to find:

However, this document shows a screenshot: silvercart_product_details.png
Where is the tab 'Translations' in the product?
Can we translate the texts of the products into several languages without having to create pages for other languages in the CMS?

just added the graduated prices module to the SilverCart 1.2 custom download page.
Product translations are built in SilverCart 1.3, that is not released yet (comming soon).
If you want to use it in the development prerelease state, try to go on bleeding edge ;-)
You can get the current version of SilverCart and a few modules on our Bitbucket repositories
