Again, No activated country found. Please log in ...

I've installed, I created the test products, I created the reflection node SilverCart in Spanish on the sitetree.
I enabled several countries in SilverCart settings (USA, Spain, UK ).
When I select Spanish in the frontend still receive the error message:
----------------
No activated country found. Please log in and choose "SC Config -> countries" to activate a country.
----------------
The link log in is http://admin/silvercart-configuration, so if you click on it, the browser returns 'server not found'.

I am not sure if this problem is solved by hints from other threads. Could you please confirm if the problem still persists or if it is solved?

No, it has not been solved.
But I have observed that this problem is not found in the download version from https://bitbucket.org/silvercart/silvercart/overview.
