I can put a different VAT according to the customer conditions or according to the country where it is?

different VAT is not possible yet, you can handle two kinds of price management:
Prices with VAT or prices without VAT.
This can be configured in SilverCart's general configuration / prices tab for anonymous customers, registered end customers and business customers.
