In 1.3.6 was added BusinessCustomer feature. If is this option unchecked in SC configuration, i cannot process checkout (error undefined index, probably customhtmlform tries validate this field, but doesnt exists in html).

this bug got fixed in the bitbucket version of SilverCart. The bugfix will be officially available with the next minor version.
