you're absolutely right with the naming of "dataobject_manager", that was a typo on my part. DataObjectManager has several hard coded references to that notation, so I changed it in the documentation.

My thanks for the work you guys are putting in - SS has badly needed a great Cart for a long time, and yours looks like just that.

I'm glad the installation worked for you now; we're hard at work to make SilverCart a flexible, well documented e-commerce system for Silverstripe :)

Speaking of that, a tutorial for integrating custom themes is currently in work and should be online by the beginning of next week in the documentation section. I'll leave you a notice here when it's done.
