ie9 css bug
25 October 2011 at 2:34pmI set up a new Silvercart installation (latest tip release) an recognized that the login panel in the top bar does not appear in ie9,
well, the function works but the form is shown behind the page-margins_divbox
migth be a forgotten z-index for the main div-boxes
Ansonsten sieht das alles sehr gut aus und wird möglicherweise sogar in den nächsten Wochen bei einem Kunden zum Einsatz kommen
Grüße nach 'lautern ;)

thank you for you feedback.
This design issue is fixed in the current alpha of SilverCart 1.2. We are about to release it very very soon :-)
If you are developing a customer project drop us a line so we can send you the current beta. It has many improvements and is the better choice compared to 1.1.
Ciao & viele Grüße

25 October 2011 at 3:05pmHej Ramon,
thx for the fast reply.
Would you recommend me to go on testing with 1.2?
I'd need the stable version in about 2 weeks ;)

25 October 2011 at 3:18pm Last edited: 25 October 2011 3:20pmHi Lukin,
we already have SilverCart 1.2 in production in a _very_ customized project that runs on one of our own servers in the TWK datacentre in Kaiserslautern.
What we are doing now is testing SilverCart in other environments and especially improving the installation procedure to make SilverCart more easy to adopt by other developers and customers. We had quite some issues with different PHP versions and required PHP modules that can occur "in the wild". The installation process was a major pain in the a** for developers new to SilverCart.
There is no reason not to test Version 1.2 of our ecommerce module. So yes, I would recommend testing and evaluating it.
It really makes sense, because there are quite a lot of changes under the hood and bugs will be fixed faster due to our focus on the new version.
Cheers
Ramon
